Sickening

I'm just watching this weeks Panorama.
It's actually appalling, I can't believe there are sick people out there like that who would treat vulnerable adults in such shocking ways.
It's not a nice watch, but everyone should watch it - it needs to be seen to eradicated this behaviour.

I've seen bad cases of animal neglect and welfare issues - yes its horrible but its something I have dealt with and will have to deal with on a daily basis. Even with experience of this, this programme makes hard viewing.

The use of restraint is common in veterinary but we're taught the proper ways of how to do it so we don't harm the animal. I can't believe these twisted people think pinning people under a chair and dragging them out of bed is acceptable.

Enough about that. I'm getting headaches quite a lot, probably the stress of all the work. Got another mock exam tomorrow that will no doubt stress me out more.
