Animals are unpredictable things, and so our life is unpredictable. It's a long tale of little triumphs and disasters and you've got to really like it to stick it.

More annoyances

First off - interview went well, fingers crossed.

Second - ARGGGGGHHH! Had an email today from the AHEMS administrator saying if we fail our exams we will not be allowed to attend placements over August. My last two placements have been booked over August for the last 6 months, and approved by uni aswell. Absolute joke. We need to make alternative arrangements, for when?! Resits start August 30th until September 9th, then 10 days til lectures start!!

My pig placement starts on July 25th and took a lot of effort to get. Now I can start it, but not finish it if I fail. Ridiculous.

My dairy placement at the university farm starts on August 8th, so I won't be allowed to do that either.

So I get all this extra time to revise so I'd pass my resit. Then I wouldn't be able to progress to the third year as I only have 8 weeks AHEMS not 12. Great. Lovely.

I love going to a uni where they are against you actually succeeding.
